Program Check-In Upon your arrival to The Sandy Lane, please check-in at the Cadence Communication Center. At this time, you will receive your Welcome Packet, including your name badges and activity confirmations, as well as sign-up information for Dine-Around restaurants for both Thursday May 15 and Friday May 16. Cadence will make every effort to accommodate your special room requests. However, we cannot guarantee any specific room view or bedding type (including smoking/non-smoking, single/double bed rooms). Gratuities Arrangements have been made to cover all gratuities associated with Barbados, 2003 Sales Incentive sponsored functions. Bell staff, maids, drivers, and guides have all been tipped on your behalf. It is suggested that you tip only for special or personal services that you may request during the program. Personal Expenses Upon your arrival at the hotel, you will be asked to give a credit card imprint for room and tax and any personal expenses you may incur during Barbados, 2003 Sales Incentive Program. Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone, facsimile, gift shop, bar charges (including in-room minibar), lounge, restaurant, and any meals or snacks taken apart from the sponsored functions will be at your own expense and are not reimbursable. In addition, Cadence will not reimburse any personal charges made during Barbados, 2003 Sales Incentive, including non-hotel items such as airport parking and mileage. Changes/Cancellations If you need
to make any changes to your reservations for Barbados, 2003 Sales
Incentive program, or if you are unable to attend, please notify
the Cadence Travel Headquarters immediately at: Cancellations or changes must be made through Cadence Travel Headquarters. Cancellations should be submitted in writing via fax or email. Guest Policy Please keep in mind that this is a Cadence-sponsored business trip and therefore children (under the age of 18) are not invited nor permitted at any program events or activities, including meals and evening functions.
