US, Europe & Canada Qualifiers
On behalf of Cadence, Enterprise Events Group will make all airline reservations and arrange ticketing for Barbados for all Qualifiers residing in the United States, Canada and Europe. Air arrangements not made through Enterprise Events Group will not be covered by Cadence. Roundtrip coach-class airline tickets will be provided by Cadence for winners and their guest. Qualifiers who reside outside of the United States, Canada and/or Europe, should arrange their airline ticketing through their usual business travel channels (refer to Non-US Qualifier information below). Air transportation will be provided from your home city to Barbados, on program dates, unless you have specified otherwise when registering your preferred arrival/departure dates.

Air transportation will be provided for you and your guest from your home city to Barbados, unless otherwise noted in your registration form under preferred arrival/departure dates. Scheduled arrival date into Barbados is Wednesday, May 14, 2003, and departure date is Sunday, May 18, 2003. Should you wish to extend your stay before or beyond the program dates, or make any changes to your itinerary once ticketed, any additional costs will be at your own expense and will be charged to your credit card.

A Cadence Travel Headquarters team member will be contacting you to confirm your airline reservations within four business days after your registration form is received. Air reservations will be made based on the lowest available airfare. Every effort will be made to confirm special requests; however, personal airline preferences cannot be guaranteed.

Non-US Qualifiers
Please make your airline reservations through your regular Cadence-designated travel agent. Once you receive your itinerary, please fax it to the Cadence Travel Headquarters at 415-507-1480 or email to CadenceSalesIncentive@hornet.eeginc.com, no later than March 17, 2003 so we can arrange for your transportation to and from the airport and your hotel.

(Please note: Europe & Canada Qualifiers should book airline travel through Enterprise Events Group, refer to US, Europe & Canada Qualifiers above)

Personal Upgrades

Attendees and their guests are not authorized to fly Business or First class to Barbados. If you wish to upgrade, you will need to use your own frequent flyer miles and/or mileage coupons.

Please be advised that you may not be able to use your frequent flyer miles and/or mileage coupons to upgrade on certain carriers' special negotiated fares. In some cases you may be required to purchase a higher published fare in order to upgrade to Business or First class using your mileage coupons. This airfare difference will be your financial responsibility and will be charged to your personal credit card with your approval. Once you have been ticketed, you will need to contact the airline directly to finalize your upgrade.

Frequent Flyer Mileage Programs

Please provide your mileage account number along with carrier at the time of registration (you may also do so at the airport upon check-in). We recommend you save your passenger coupon/boarding passes and ticket receipt until you receive a mileage statement crediting your account.
